When Stalker his height increases and the symbiote changes to pure black, with raised slimy textured ‘veins’ covering it’s body. They’re in constant motion around him, and they move in accordance with the hosts emotions; quicker for anger, and slower for calm. The symbiote also can create blades, thousands of tendrils that can protrude anywhere off the body to grab, or attack.

Place of Birth: New York City
Family: Mother: Nancy DelSoro (deceased), Father: Jason DelSoro (deceased)

History:
Marcus was born October 9, 1979 in New York City to Nancy & Marcus DelSoro. His mother worked a small corner store in Manhattan, while his father was a soldier in the Coast Guard. Both of Marcus’ parents where anti-mutant, and could careless if they were all wiped out. They even went thru the trouble of taking young five-year-old Marcus to a geneticist to have him scanned for the X-Factor gene, to their hopes he didn’t have it.

But Marcus didn’t grow into the hate that his parent’s hoped that he would have, and for that they punished him. They tied him to his bed, and let him starve for weeks, while severely beating him, degrading him, and letting their friends molest him. Until one day when Marcus drew enough strength and will, and freed himself from his bounds. Then he locked his parents in the basement of their home, and proceeded to set the place on fire. Fleeing the inferno Marcus watched as his home burned to the ground, with his parent’s dead inside. Feeling somewhat at peace with his events, Marcus roamed the streets of New York City until he was kidnapped by Donald Pierce.

In New York, rumors where rampant about a dark avenger of the night, who possessed such amazing powers that mimicked a spider. The citizens whispered his name in the shadows, calling him Kaine, or even a few times Spider-Man. It was based on these rumors, that Pierce wanted a ‘spider-man’ of his own. That is when he came across a living costume, that he bought off of a mysterious trader, at a very convenient time. Pierce used this symbiotic organism, and bonded it with the boy he snatched off the streets. While, running tests Pierce realized that the symbiote might be damaging the hosts cells, and he created a harmonic machine, and embedded it in Marcus’s arm to hinder the symbiotes damaging affects.

Marcus was granted amazing agility, an ability to stick to any surface, increased strength, and the ability to morph his clothing into whatever he desired. Those powers, and his twisted sense of reality granted him the right to be Pierces henchman. But, Marcus wouldn’t have any part of that, and he escaped Pierce’s complex, and hid in the woods of Upstate New York. There he practiced.

It was months later that Marcus had received an invitation from a friend to go to Muir Island, and join the mutant group X-Calibre. His service was pretty routine, helping to save the world, and even the universe at one point. But, it was after his return from Shi’ar space when he was assaulted and nearly beat to death by teammate and friend Jonathan Prescott. It was what happened after that, that started Marcus’s transformation and complete bonding with the symbiote. In a fit of rage in his hospital bed the symbiote cocooned Marcus, and poured into his very being where it sewed together and healed it’s host’s wounds. Doing this it absorbed the harmonic machine in Marcus’ arm used to keep the symbiote under some sort of control.

Now the symbiote has bonded with it’s host, the two becoming one. This had drastic effects on the host/symbiote relationship, and on their abilities together.
